Superbowl

I always love the Superbowl. I don't so much care for the football necessarily, but it's always fun to be with friends and/or family and hang out and eat yummy food! So today we're just having a few people over, but I made this really yummy and very cute treat that I found on the back of a Rice Kristpies box!

Kellogg's Cocoa Krispies Footballs

3 Tablespoons butter or margarine
1 pkg regular marshmallows -or- 4 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup peanut butter
6 cups Cocoa Krispies cereal
Frosting

1. Melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter until meted.
2. Add Cocoa Krispies cereal. Stir until well coated.3. Cool slightly. Spray hands with non-stick cooking spray and shape mixture into 3 inch footballs. Decorate with frosting. Best if served the same day.

They turned out really cute! I also made Homemade pizzas and some Valentine's cookies and some homemade strawberry cheesecake ice cream! Yum!
