I wrote about it last year, and it was fun to go back and see what I was doing this time last year. I had no idea what turns our lives would take last year. And I look back with smiles.
So anyway, it's been a fabulous nine years and this year we're excited to celebrate with our beautiful addition to the family. Nine years ago I definitely didn't have any of this in mind, I was just a 17 year old girl, excited to be asked out on a date for the first time. I had no idea that the 16 year old boy that asked me out would one day be my husband and a fantastic father to our daughter.
I wouldn't trade the last 9 years of our lives for anything. There have certainly been ups and downs and together they've made us who we are today.
I love you Jeremy! Thank you for asking me out on January 31, 2003. I know for a shy kid like you, it was no easy feat, but boy am I glad you did!

Happy 9th anniversary! Today is the 26th anniversary of my first date with my husband. We have been happily married for almost 22 years.
LOL! I love the quote "Who are those skinny people?" on your last picture! I say the same thing when I look at our wedding picture on our wall. So funny to see how young we all were!!
