Rearrangement

I finally got some pictures of our furniture/room rearrangement.  We're enjoying the rearrangement, it's just so much more practical and gives us so much more room!  And Anna loves all of the extra space to play and put her toys!

Living Room/Office:

I didn't move a whole lot in the living room, hence the lack of "before" picture.  But we did move the china cabinet from one wall to anotther.  We also added the pack n play which used to be in the family room.  It's my changing station/place to put anything I don't want the kids getting into.

Family Room:

We moved the couches all around and added a cabinet to one side.  It is much more open now, with lots more space to play.  It's one of my favorite rooms in the house.  I just love the fireplace and the coziness of the room.  We also got rid of the TV a while ago and had a pack n play in its place, but that's been moved too.

This is the view from the family room into the kitchen.  The kitchen stayed the same :-)

 

Playroom/Basement:

Before

The first picture is the playroom.  This was right after we moved in a few years ago, so it had a lot of junk in it, but for the last few years it's had nothing but these bookshelves in it.  Not anymore :-).  The other picture is the main space in the basement, our entertainment room.  Or as my hubby calls it, the "man cave". 

 

After

Here are my shelves that I was excited to finally get.  The kitchen set was given to us by the daycare I used to work at when they got new ones.  It's still in really good shape, I have some plans to spruce it up a little though.
