Home

We've been home since yesterday afternoon!  And we are loving being home as a famil of four.

Anna has done surprisingly well.  She doesn't seem to be jealous at all.  More just curious.  She wants to be a part of whatever we're doing with Anthony.  She wants to help rock him and this morning she wanted to hug him.  We have some super adorable pictures to post.  Once surrenders are signed tomorrow, we'll post them.

We all got a surprising amount of sleep last night.  Anthony slept really well, only really getting up to eat every three hours.  Oh yeah, and have a massive blowout at 2am...  He didn't get the memo that blowouts should only occur during daylight hours.  I learned that it's much more challenging to change it efficiently in the middle of the night.  We had poop everywhere :-).  It was humorous!

We jumped right into cloth diapering with Anthony.  What a relief not to have to buy diapers!  Other than the blowout, we had no leaks (which he'd been having with disposables in the hospital)!  And the laundry didn't really change, we just do a load a night and that works perfectly!

Thanks for all of your prayers!  Birthmom is doing well and we are doing fantastically.  Surrenders should be signed tomorrow, after J's caseworker's had a chance to go over everything with her.  We're not concerned about her signing, we know that she needed more time to fully understand the document she'd be signing.  We are so thankful for her and for her strength.  And we're happy to have her as a part of our family now.

And I pretty much can't wait to get my hands all over Anthony and smoother him with lots of hugs and kisses!! :)
