To be completely honest, I almost forgot! My birthday's tomorrow and I've been excited about that!
But I did remember, and that's the important part! And we are going to celebrate big time. We feel like the luckiest parents in the world to have Anna as our daughter. She is the most wonderful answered prayer we've ever received.
At 2 1/2, my sweet girl is so very uniquely Anna. She is a ball of fun. She's always entertaining and always smiling. She's got enough attitude for 4 children and enough hugs for a whole country. She says the funniest things and wants to be just like Mommy all the time. She is gentle and loving towards her brother. And rougher and sassier towards her similar-natured cousin. She lights up a room when she walks in and never fails to coax a smile out of anyone. She is shy around strangers but loud and crazy around people she knows well. Anna is totally into dancing, singing, and all things Disney Princess and Mickey Mouse. She has a love for her faith that is amazing to see. She loves saying the rosary and she knows all of the prayers. She also loves going to Mass (although, we're still working on the "sit still" part of that) and she could sing Marian songs all day long. I could go on and on and on about my beautiful girl. I can't imagine life without her.
Anna, we are so blessed to be your parents, and we thank God for you each and every day. You are truly going to change the world with your enthusiasm and determination.
