Friday Quick Takes (34)

--- 1 ---
This week has been a challenge.  It started with 6 days of hives.  I itched head to toe constantly for almost a week.  I took lots of Benadryl.  However, it knocks me out.  I literally cannot keep my eyes open.  I'm pretty sure a spider bite was the culprit (the bite still itches).  I finally stopped itching on Tuesday night and finally could go about my normal day by Wednesday.

Then yesterday I fell down the stairs with Anna in my arms.  I slipped and hit my tailbone as I went down six stairs.  Anna was completely fine, I instinctually shielded her.  However, it knocked the wind out of me and my tailbone is a mess.  I don't know if I cracked it or just bruised it, but I can hardly move.  I can stand and I can lay down, but sitting or getting up or picking up my kids is just too painful.  So my parents came to help me last night and my sister and niece came over to help me this morning and I'm hoping by tomorrow that I can at least function again.  I'm ready to feel like myself!

Okay, enough negativity.  Now on to my cute kids :-)

Anna loves her stuffed animals and baby dolls.  She's always taking care of them and playing with them.  She's such a little Mama to her babies :-).

Here's my little chill baby.  He could roll around all day long.  He loves the hard floor and we get such a kick out of him!

HEre's a picture of my new carrier that I won!  I love it and I had so much fun going to lunch with Caren, the creator of Olives and Applesauce and having a photoshoot with Sara.  I LOVE my new carrier and use it all the time!

We had fun taking the kids to the park one evening.  And we got such cute pictures of them doing their favorite things!

This weekend we have family pictures with my family, my niece's Baptism, my little sister's in town, my grandma will be in town, we're having a family bonfire, and then it culminates with Anthony's Adoption Finalization on Monday (on my sister and brother-in-law's Anniversary!).   I'm looking forward to all the celebrations and festive fun with my family :-)

Ouch! I think tail bones take some time to heal. Your children are beautiful.
