Anthony - 10 months old

I'm a little late on this, Anthony's been 10 months for like 2 weeks now, but that's okay, right?

Not a whole lot has changed from 9-10 months, but a few things.

Anthony's becoming much more verbal.  He can say "hug", "Anna", "hi", "mama" and his favorite... "dada".  He also repeats just about any sounds that come out of Anna's mouth.  He loves to talk and try to keep up with Anna.  It's adorable and he is so cute talking away!  He just looks way too tiny to be talking!

He's still not crawling or anything yet.  He's getting up on his hands and knees now, but has yet to figure out what to do.  He'll move his arms frantically and then move his legs frantically and he just needs to figure out how to put it together.  He's not trying to pull up or stand or anything yet which is okay by me!  I see friends' babies who are similar ages and see them into everything and realize how lucky I am that he just sits there happily :-).

He dropped two of his bottle feedings this month.  The boy LOVES food.  He's not so into drinking his bottles.  He has one when he wakes up, one before his afternoon nap, and one before bed.  He drinks water or juice from a cup throughout the day too.  He eats all day long.  And he eats anything and everything.  If he sees food, he has to be eating.  If he's in his high chair, he needs a constant stream of food.  He's finally figuring out how to pick things up off his tray, but he's still not great at executing a successful hand to mouth hand-off...  We're working on it!

I think Anthony's about ready to drop his morning nap.  A lot of mornings he doesn't take one at all (although of course, right now he's taking a good one...).  If he does take one, I don't let him sleep longer than 45 minutes or he won't take an afternoon nap.  He then goes down again at noon and usually sleeps until 3.  He's sleeping all night still, usually 7-6, give or take half an hour.  Jeremy usually gives him a bottle and then he sits back in his bed and plays for 15-20 minutes while Jeremy showers.  He loves that quiet alone time, just like his daddy :-).

That's about it as far as new stuff for the month!  He's such a happy baby, he hardly ever cries (unless the food runs out) and he is such a delight to have around.  He's regularly giving me kisses and he adores any and all attention he gets from his big sister (no matter how rough the attention may be...).  He loves everyone and makes friends everywhere we go!  He's such a sweet boy!

He reminds me of Bella...in personality and the fact that she was an early talker but didn't crawl until 10 1/2 months and she was a super content baby...always happy and super smiley!
Isaiah...total opposite on all levels!! LOL!

LOVE the update! He continues to be adorable as ever! <3 I'm so impressed that he's talking! What a smart little boy! Luke doesn't say too much other than mama or dada or baba. What a fun stage he's at! Babies babbling is my favorite.
